LuxeBox Storage
LuxeBox Storage was born out of a need to pivot with the changing economy. We began in 2016 as owner/operators of multifamily properties. With increasing challenges in the apartment industry we decided to pivot in 2022, selling a 200 unit apartment in Irving, Texas. We purchased our first Self Storage property in April 2023, going from offer to close in 3 weeks. We purchased our second Storage property in May 2024.

Gary Young
Gary is a physician specializing in radiation oncology. He reduced his practice to part-time in 2018 to focus primarily on real estate investing.
Heidi Young
Heidi has an MBA and worked in the Beverage Industry. Although she is in full time real estate now, she has a passion for missions and has served in many countries throughout Asia, Africa and Latin America.
Our Properties
Bluff Road Storage
Bluff Road Storage was purchased in April 2023 with all cash and closed within 3 weeks of an accepted offer. The property was set up for remote management and had strong cash flow from from day 1.
Princeton Storage Boat/RV
Completed at the end of 2023, Princeton Storage was acquired in May 2024 in the early lease up phase. There are 308 units, split 60% self storage and 40% RV/Boat storage. Princeton is managed remotely.
Our Past Properties
Listed below are past properties. Our goal was to transition out of multifamily assets and into self storage. We were able to successfully sell our last multifamily property in March 2024
Villa Casita
Villa Casita is an 11unit apartment community that we purchased in 2016 and sold in 2018. This was our first multifamily property which taught us everything through hands on operational experience.
Villa La Paz
Villa La Paz Apartments is a 77 unit apartment community purchased as a syndication in November 2017. The property remained consistently over 99% occupied with minimal delinquency. The property was sold in May 2024, with a return approaching 3x to investors.
Maravilla Apartments is a 310 unit apartment community purchased as a syndication in November 2018. The property was consistently over 98% occupied with minimal delinquency. Maravilla was sold in December 2023, returning 1.8x to investors.

Village at the Crossroads
Village at the Crossroads is a 200 unit multifamily apartment that we purchased as a syndication in August 2019. This was our third syndicated property. We sold in October 2022 and returned 2.3x to investors.
Our Goals
In our transition out of Multifamily into the world of Self Storage, we are always looking to acquire more storage properties. We are always learning with the goal of continual improvement of our operations of our Storage properties. Combining our experience with multifamily and technology available in Self Storage we hope to create the best experience for the customers that we serve with the highest efficiency of operations.
